Session Bookings
All sessions are offered by prior booking and are thoughtfully prepared in advance. Once a session is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance

Cancellations made within this time frame may not be eligible for a refund
This helps us manage time and offer availability to others.
Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.

Refunds

Missed Sessions

If you do not attend a session without prior notice, it will be considered a missed session
