At The Code of Astro, we value your time and energy, just as we value our own. This page explains our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds — with clarity and fairness.

Session Bookings

All sessions are offered by prior booking and are thoughtfully prepared in advance. Once a session is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel a session, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations made within this time frame may not be eligible for a refund

This helps us manage time and offer availability to others.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

• If you inform us in advance, we will gladly help you reschedule your session

• Rescheduling is subject to availability

• Multiple last-minute reschedules may not always be possible

Our intention is always to remain flexible and considerate.

Refunds

• Once a session is booked and confirmed, payments are generally non-refundable

• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, at our discretion

Each situation is approached with fairness and understanding.

Missed Sessions

• If you do not attend a session without prior notice, it will be considered a missed session

• Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling

Technical or Unavoidable Issues

In the rare case of:

• Technical difficulties from our side

• Unavoidable circumstances preventing the session

We will offer a reschedule or suitable resolution.
